Within walking distance you will find the infamous 19th Hole and Ship Inn village pubs/restaurants. If you are looking for sporting activities, the Elie and Earlsferry Golf Course and Sports Club with tennis and putting is a 5 minute walk, and the Watersports and harbour is 10 minutes along the beach.

Our Space:

7 Rocklands - Lower is all on one level, on the ground floor of a converted Victorian beach villa and one time hotel. We have recently completed a sympathetic renovation to provide spacious and comfortable living accommodation, including a large modern open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, which is the perfect space for entertaining. You will also enjoy a separate lounge with bay window and traditional open real fireplace, all benefiting from panoramic sea views to the front of the house. Perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise or sunsets.

The sleeping accommodation comprises: 2 double bedrooms, both with generous ensuite shower rooms; a master double bedroom with basin unit and a twin bedded room that share a large family bathroom, including bath and walk-in shower.

Utility Room - including washing machine, tumble drier and sink.

You can enjoy outside dining and sundown drinks on the terrace in the front garden with garden furniture and Barbecue facilities. You also have access to the private garden to the rear of the property, which includes 2 dedicated parking spaces, and a private garage (great for storing your water sports gear / bikes).

Neighbouring Area

Elie and Earlesferry is a perfect family friendly holiday village offering all you could wish for on a staycation. Village shops are a pleasant stroll where you can find an artisan baker, first class deli, ice cream shop, newsagent and tastefully stocked gift shop, not to mention cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Slightly out of Elie is located the award winning Ardross farm shop, and Bowhouse farmer's market. It really is a special place to forget the stress of city life.

Getting Around

There are regular buses coming through Elie to take you to St Andrews for a day out or visit the nearby villages of St Monans, Pittenweem, or Anstruther. The bus can also take you back from a beautiful day out along the Fife Coastal Walk. The East Neuk has a number of fine dinning restaurants with Peat Inn, The Cellar, Craig Millar,and Kilconquhar Inn.
